For patients prescribed GLP-1 medications, refill requests will be initiated on the third (3rd) weekly dose of the current month’s prescription. This process ensures the provider has sufficient time to review and approve or disapprove the prescription for the following month.
Payment Collection
Payment for the next month of service will be collected on the anniversary date of the subscription sign up. Medications will not be dispensed or shipped until payment is successfully received, this policy applies to all monthly plans.
Missed Refill Requests
Subscription Termination
If a refill request is not responded to and payment is not received by the seventh (7th) day of the new month, the subscription will be subject to a cancellation fee and will be terminated.
